Matt has helped us through the purchase of our current home which due to personal circumstances was a little unconventional but he did everything he could to make things as flexible and manageable as possible. We were so happy with his help through our purchase that he also helps look after a rental property for me now.

I used Ewe Move to sell my property in Liphook and I couldn't have been happier. Matt has a refreshing approach to Estate Agency and kept me informed all the way through the process. Sensible advice which helped me to achieve a very good price for the house sale. The commission was also very reasonable. I have already recommended Matt on to a couple of friends who are looking to market their houses.

They are reasonably priced and polite but if your going for a rental then they don’t go with first come, and you can’t put a holding deposit down until they have shown everyone round which is not how it works , the holding deposit is to let the first person hold the house until all checks are done. But like many other agents it’s just a luck dip if you get picked

As managing agents it is our job to find the best tenant for the landlord. This is not normally the first tenant to enquire and seek to pay the holding rent. We find it invaluable meeting people at the property, finding out more about them, making sure the property matches their needs and then review the applications to get the best match possible before proceeding with a tenancy offer. We have found this works much better and leads to much happier tenants and landlords in the long run. We wish you will with your property search.

There is nothing to recommend about this branch. They failed to care for my property. Rather than providing me with an income, I have been left with huge costs as a result of the tenants actions. When asked for the forwarding details of the tenant to take action they told me they don’t have any, and when I asked if they’d prefer me to sue them instead of the tenant, I was told “Good luck, you won’t win, we have a better lawyer”

I viewed a property through Ewemove with Matthew Evans on 1st February, and offered on it there and then. Sad to say that’s the last I heard from the agent. No calls, emails. Nothing. In fact they are actively not returning my calls, which all go through to a call centre to be farmed out to the local agents. I moved into the house yesterday, but absolutely no thanks to this terrible agent. Would not want to go near them as a seller if that’s how they look after their buyers.
