Wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Matt at Ewe Move. We actually moved a year ago today and i've been meaning to write this review for an eternity. Sounded very proffesional and understanding of landloards concerns when letting property. Rates are veryvreasinable compared to many managing agents and seem to have an extremely good understanding of property letting/management. I will most likely use this company to manage my property once it is up to scratch and ready to be let again. The previous agent didn't notice around 12,000 of damage until they tenants had gone - despite claiming to have made quarterly inspections and always told me my house is being looked after very well. I paid them approximately £3600 for full management for pretty much nothing.
