We both felt at great ease, she is genuine, friendly, very interested in ensuring she could help meet our requirements, knowledgeable and very timely in answering any queries we had. We hoped Rebecca would be the person to help us and, she absolutely was. She is very professional and friendly I'm sure Rebecca is a great asset to your team. Nothing too much trouble. You can teach the basics of a job to most people but you either have or have not a great natural customer awareness and service and Rebecca has both these qualities in abundance.
