Did not turn up for the valuation. I emailed them with no response. Called them 3 times and still didn’t get a satisfactory answer. There are plenty other estate agents in Aldridge so avoid Webbs

Turned up to a property viewing with some old bold guy who looked like a builder telling me I have 3 minutes to view this property...wants me to make a decision to purchase a 350k home with cash in 3 minutes? Would they do the same? The guy within that 3 minutes kept hurrying me almost like come on...come on got other viewings today. Mentioning things like 'traffics' really bad today! I will take my money elsewhere guys...thanks but no thanks!

Don’t bother applying for rental properties, they don’t contact you back to arrange viewings and don’t work on a first come first served basis. Didn’t contact me for over a week, lie about access to the property and not taking viewings yet, then arrange viewings with other applicants instead and tell me the property is no longer available. Shambles of a company.

Called, greeted with telephone auto attendant with many options. I’m not calling a huge corporate but supposedly a small local estate agents who hopefully have staff who pick up the phone! I want a human to sell my home otherwise I’d go to Purple Bricks.

I was shocked to see the amount of 5 star reviews this place has, I’m not sure how it been made possible but even giving this establishment a 1 star is just too kind. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, the whole experience with this company has been nothing short of diabolical. If your happy to - chase them about every detail, to never receive an email or call, to not know where you stand, to go against data protection with all your personal information - then this place is for you! They literally have no compassion or care for the buyer - only the profit in their back pocket. So just beware of that before attempting to buy!

Very unprofessional lack of communication! Sent all relevant documentation only for them to pass it to someone else with no explanation and let us down on the final hurdle after saying congrats on your new home….WHAT A JOKE! NEEDS CLOSING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPEND MORE TIME LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS THAT ACTUALLY CARE. Ps.if you do deal with them stay away from Debbie who is a director I believe. She does not care for you only her back pocket. Many thanks Aaron white
