Really happy with the service that was provided from Ray who saw us on sunday to see 2 hmo houses. Coming out off work to show us around and help us meant a lot and was really appreciated. Unfortunate that me and my partner are not deciding on the houses shown but was definitely a difficult choice as I can tell that Martin and co manage well and look after there tenants. We used Martin and Co to find us a tenant, fully manage our property and when our circumstances changed, manage the sale of our flat in Ascot Court in Aldershot. I think it really pays to use people who know their market and take pride in what they do. The bar for estate agents and letting agents is set pretty low, but Martin and Co are in a different league.

Martin and Co Aldershot manage 3 properties for me and have been doing so for 5 years. The level of service I have received has been exceptional and very professional. My main contact there is Linda Gunner who is invariably helpful and efficient.

James and Toby dealt with our sale. We found both to be very knowledgeable, pragmatic and attentive. I'm sure they would agree I'm fairly high maintenance as a customer and I expect a lot, these guys delivered. We were very impressed with the amount of legwork that was done on the approach to exchange - I think this is where a good agent really comes to the fore. I'm not easily impressed, but the service I received from Martin and Co really did impress me. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Martin & Co (Aldershot) helped and advised us with purchasing our first and second buy to let properties. They know the marketplace and subsequently found us a new tenant within a few days of the previous giving notice. The staff at Martin & Co (Aldershot) are always very helpful in finding Trades to sort any problems we have encountered.
