A thoroughly professional service from all the staff: in-depth knowledge of the selling process and the local area, prompt and expert responses to any queries or issues that arose, combined with personal and thoughtful support that meant so much when things got stressful particularly around deadlines, as they do. Nothing was too much trouble. Not planning on moving again for some time but when I do it will be through them.

Recently sold my 3 bed house in Basford, with Brampton's, who I have been using for mortgage, finance and property services, during the past few years. After getting in touch with Louise to start the process, they quickly visited my house to take photos and write up the add - which we tweaked together. In the first 2 weeks there was a steady stream of viewings.. (more than I was expecting) and I was quickly able to agree an offer, slightly above my advertised price, and also with a timeline that we mutually agreed to suit my needs of moving to a new-build. During the following weeks there were regular updates, especially from Gayle and Diane, and finally the house has sold and everything went to plan. Positive working relationship with Bramptons for 3 years as tenants before a house purchase was made. Responsive to queries and easy to contact. Consider them if you’re looking for a tenancy. Parents have used them several times for house purchases and have no negative feedback.
