It was good to have Diane at Brampton looking after our home purchase transaction and making sure we were well informed every step of the way, especially since purchasing a house in the middle of a pandemic was already stressful in itself. Also, as we had to rely on emails a lot, responses to our emails were dealt with immediately with replies received within 24 hours. overall, really satisfied with the service and thank you to Diane.

When we decided to move I rang around local estate agents to see what their charges were. Out of 6 agents Bramptons were the only ones who took their time to speak to me and go though what they charged and what that charge covered. They did not push to come round where all the others did. I liked their professionalism on the phone and their friendliness too. When Adam came round again he was not pushy but professional and explained what Bramptons offered and he gave us an idea of what our property was worth. We decided to sign up with Bramptons and we’re told that Dianne would be the agent who would be dealing with our sale. What can I say about Dianne? Anyone would think it was her property that she was selling. She kept in touch every week letting us know what was happening with the sale. We sold quite quickly but unfortunately it fell through, when Dianne rang me to tell me this news I think she was in tears with me and she promised we would sell again. She was right! Within 10 minutes of our property going back on the market she had another 2 viewings lined up and the day after it was sold again. All through this sale Dianne kept us informed of how it was going and was a great ‘go-between’ between us and our buyer. When we handed our keys over to her on the day of completion she was as excited as we were, it was if she was moving into a new home. We received a lovely email from her today and we know if we needed to we can contact her even though we are not her clients. The whole process of moving, from the initial phone call to handing over the keys has been made a pleasant one because of Bramptons professionalism and friendliness of all staff.
