We had several viewings with Simpsons who helpfully would recommend houses coming on the market as they new our scope and together we found our perfect home! Whilst we (regrettably) hadn’t listed our house with them for sale, we quickly realised how fantastic they were at focussing attention on our chain to ensure completion. We encountered a variety of challenges and Simpsons were brilliant at keeping our chain together, progressing and reassured. After experiencing buying from them, we absolutely know who we’d go with if we ever decide to sell! Excellent service from Matt, we felt he genuinely cared and was honest throughout the process.
