Excellent Letting Agent

As a tenant with Blue Door I am extremely impressed with the service provided. The fridge in our flat had broken recently, and I was amazed with Greg's quick response rate and his level of empathy for the situation. He is always available to speak to when I call about any queries and provides a level of service that I have not seen with any other agency.

Customer Service of the highest order

I currently have my property on the market with Blue Door in Southampton but in the meantime I am letting the flat short term. My current American guest, didn't arrive on the day she was booked, having got confused with time differences. As I was unable to meet her the following day, Greg offered to be there and show her how things work. He wouldn't accept payment, which I can't imagine would be the case with any other agent. He was a kind and friendly face when she arrived, even carrying her luggage upstairs. It is a pleasure to work with a small independent business and I would choose Blue Door again when I next sell a property. I can recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting.

Honest & reliable

I discovered Greg of Blue Door when I wanted to rent out a property. We were so impressed with his service & honesty we asked him to sell the property for us a few years later. He and his wife are always available and put us at ease. We would highly recommend and use again without hesitation. Mr & Mrs Christopher
