They have got very friendly staff ( Kevin Barr and Juliet) who always give quick response when I ask question as a tenant . As a new landlord my experience is that Martin & Co give an excellent service from the moment of enquiry to finding my first tenant. All telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and efficiently and they are available 24/7 for advice. Maxine was a joy to deal with, Kelly did a great job showing the property and providing feedback via the online portal and I was assigned Kevin as my personal letting agent who continues to offer support second to none, making life as a landlord very easy and keeping my tenant happy at the same time!
