My experience so far with the agencies in the UK was not the best. I got in touch with Martin and Co agency when I found a property I was interested in and I was really impressed of how helpful they were on the phone. They booked a viewing for me immediately. The day of the viewing I met one of the agents, Kelly Kennedy, with whom I was quite impressed. She was lovely and very pleasant and although it was an online viewing she showed me every little detail of the property, even the main building and the surrounding area. She didn't hesitate to tell me some of the flaws of the apartment and she had an answer for all my questions regarding the property. Absolute ace!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kelly Kennedy! She was lovely over the phone and was able to arrange a viewing very quickly. All communications were prompt and she was very helpful with any questions and arranging a suitable move in date with the landlord.
