We have been renting from Martin & Co. in Banbury, Oxfordshire for 2 years. With our imminent move to Aberdeen it was only natural to check in with Martin & Co. in Aberdeen for leads on rental properties. Thanks to Marta for handling our preliminary inquiries and apprising her colleagues of our rental requirements. We're looking forward to our Aberdeen Adventure and are thankful there will be a familiar name helping us with our home hunt.

I have been letting from Martin & Co for over a year and have received an excellent level of support from all the staff. The rental process was quick and efficient and all my subsequent enquiries have been dealt with promptly. On one occasion, where I thought there was something wrong with the gas boiler, the maintenance engineer described how to correct the problem over the phone. Which was very informative and saved a lot of time.

I'm extremely proud to see how the team has improved the customer service level, going very often well beyond their call of duty and reducing the time to respond any queries dramatically. Well done!

As a landlord I can sincerely say that the experience with Martin & Co has been superb in the last 7 years. The property has been always let extremely fast. Even more important, all tenancies throughout the years have been very professionally managed. I would recommend Martin & Co to anybody letting a property in Aberdeen.

Edited review after being with them for some time as a landlord. They are alright, i would give them between 3 and 4 stars. The first tenancy was a good experience with Martin & Co. The second tenancy was a bad experience. When Martin&Co advertises a property for rent, they book viewings, and it seems they stop any viewings as soon as someone offers a deposit. Long story short, the tenant they found me left unpaid bills and damaged the property; the repairs cost me more than a double of the deposit. I would not personally select such a tenant but I trusted their judgment, also it took them 1.5 month to complete the paperwork. There was no any more viewings carried out while they were processing that tenant's application, so refusing would mean to go back to advertising etc. I was lucky the tenant terminated the lease and left; Martin & Co did what was needed to recover the deposit. Their record keeping is probably better than in some other agencies. The cost of finding tenants and setting up rent is higher than in some other agencies.
