With working along side Martin and Co for nearly over 5 years we have seen their professionalism first hand dealing with boiler breakdowns, repairs and compliance. They are very quick at sending details through so our engineers can attend as soon as we can arrange access. Would highly recommend.

So far so good! The team have all been really helpful, in particular Adam, who always replies to my emails promptly and was very supportive when there were technical issues during the referencing process. I have not moved in yet but they seem a lot better than some letting agents I have dealt with as a student! My only criticism is the that the referencing process seems quite automated and not very user friendly but as I said the team were always on hand to assist during this time :)

Stayed at the property for at least 4 years and had a really good relationship with staff. Really professional and care about tenants' comfort. Prompt to respond to any maintenance concerns and always very polite.
