We've moved from London and China, dragging 5 suitcases across all the hotels in Aberdeen, desperate to find a place to settle, so speed has been critical for us. He hunted high and low for upcoming properties and was able to move us in to a suitable place in record time (less than 2 weeks), despite our specific requirements. He has also been supportive during the referencing and move-in process, responding to emails quickly and at all times of the week, going the extra mile to unblock us whenever we got stuck. Martin & Co was absolutely great at getting me into my flat as soon as possible. I was nearly homeless, so the effort that was made to get me my flat was outstanding. There was a little issue with goodlord, their guarantor service but other than that it was amazing. Since then any problems we have had with the flat have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Juliet Mutch is the person I have gone to with all my queries and she has been a great help. The whole Martin & Co team as a whole has been amazing. We even received chocolates and wine when collecting our keys.

When my current tenants moved out of our 4 bedroom home we needed to find someone quickly to avoid incurring any gaps in the tenancy. I discussed this with Maxine the manager at Martin & Co who promised she would find someone within the week. Within the same week Kelly was assigned to my property who quickly organised 3 viewings efficiently and effectively. Kelly discussed the property with various companies and myself to ensure the process worked smoothly. Everything had been organised to make an easy transition including all relevant certification in place.
