I had a wonderful experience with Martin & Co real estate company. My viewing for a rental property with Maria was exceptionally professional and well-guided. She answered all my questions kindly and provided thorough explanations about the lovely flat. Later in the process, Juliet became my property manager, assisting me through the application and offer stages. Her patience and kindness were remarkable as she guided me to secure the offer and provided clear instructions for the tasks leading up to my move-in. Thanks to their support, I now feel comfortable and settled in Aberdeen. Highly recommend their team.

As a landlord, the service from Martin & Co Aberdeen has been excellent. After an initial property visit from Maxine Card, they helped with the various registration and certification, ensuring I was compliant with all requirements. I have then had excellent ongoing support from Juliet Mutch, who arranged high quality photos and videos to market my property, allowing me to quickly find a tenant. Any ongoing queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they provide a useful portal to compile all the relevant property information in one place.

Beginning with the initial discussions led by Stephen and subsequently involving collaborative conversations with both Maxine and Debbie, we strategically explored the most suitable rental approach, while also taking into account my forthcoming plan to sell the property. I am landlord and after having a not very nice experience with another agency in Aberdeen, changing 3 years ago or so to Martin and Co and their team (Juliet looked after my property) was completely the opposite and I would recommend them 100% if you are looking for an agency.
