My daughter and her friend have been looking for a flat in central Aberdeen having contacted Stephen Barr he made a suggestion , we went to view the flat and Stephen made us fully aware the flat has been empty for 6 months so we had expectation of what might be but it’s a lovely little flat okay a little TLC required which after 2 days all things have been agreed by the landlord to fix, Stephen has the kindest professional manner, was very well dressed representing Martin and Co brilliantly my daughter is so excited to move in and start a new chapter in her life and knowing that Stephen has played such an immediate and central role in this deserves a big shout out we can’t wait to get the keys - thanks again !
