Went to view a rental property, liked it and sent off our application. Received an email instantly to say a credit check would be completed on us and we would hear back within 2 days. 2 weeks later and they won’t answer my emails, my phone calls are never returned, the credit check was never completed and they’ve increased the price of rent on the house! Disgraceful service!
