We have been very impressed with FBM so far. Both Leigh and Charlotte have been brilliant! Leigh valued our house initially and spent time explaining the whole process to us and also assisted with our first viewing. And Charlotte who took the photos, did such a brilliant job, capturing the best aspects of our garden which we feel is a real asset to the property despite the 30 degree heat! They have maintained contact with us, updating us of any interest and providing feedback on how our first viewing went. They are both professional, friendly and approachable.
