White gates have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling our house. The whole team have always been so helpful and understanding particularly Matthew Holt. He kept us up to date every step of the way and was always there and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and to help through the process. Selling a house through any circumstance is very stressful but he really did everything to make this process as easy as possible and really took control over everything. I couldn’t recommend white gates and Matthew more they have all been brilliant :)

After unfortunate circumstances, I had been looking for a new property to let over the last 6 months for my family. I found a new beautiful home advertised via Whitegates, Huyton. From what was a stressful time, this was completely releived from the service provided by Katie Crummy who has been managing the process. Katie has been very helpful right throughout from viewing to agreed tenancy. Communication was quick and informative. There is doing a job and doing a job well.

Working with the property management team at Whitegates has been a brilliant experience and Rebecca has been fantastic to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble and her regular communication and updates kept me so well informed about what was happening with the tenants departure and work required to refresh the property. Rebecca helped with quotes from contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly with the work being done. I can’t rate Rebecca and the team highly enough!

I am a landlord and have just used the Whitegates managed letting service for the first time. I have been very pleased with the service so far. Katie Crummy has been my main point of contact. Katie has been very helpful throughout the process in finding a suitable tenant. Communications have always been efficient and effective. It has been a stress free experience so far and this is down to Whitegates and Katie in particular.

Following the death of a family member and the resulting complicated mess of admin, Katie has gone above and beyond to make it as easy and distress free as possible for us to clear the house and sort the estate even when it must have been distressing for her as well.
