We let our property in Speldhurst through Maddison’s Residential and have been really impressed by the level of service, from the initial letting right through to ongoing management.
Rebecca was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable, and of the several agents we spoke to about valuation, her figure felt the most realistic. She found us excellent tenants very quickly and achieved the full asking price, so the turnaround was perfect.
Hannah has been equally helpful in managing the property. Having moved to the other side of the world, we wanted a local agent on hand who could provide a really high level of service in managing our tenants, and who could step in pragmatically if anything went wrong. That’s exactly what we’ve had. The tenants have now been in for a couple of months and everything has gone smoothly.
Highly recommended. The service has been exceptional to date, and Maddison’s continues to let and manage the property for us.

Best lettings agents I've ever had. Rebecca who showed me the property and Hannah who is now my property manager (hurray!) are the absolute loveliest and very responsive with communication. As someone new to the complexities of the UK property market, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had with Maddisons throughout the purchase of our first home.
