George Kenney Herbert 5 Star Customer Service
George went above an beyond for us to find a property when we were extremely tight on time. The process to acquire the property which has usually been a painful one for me was extremely easy and efficient. We unfortunately had an unforeseen problem with the boiler in the property which he and his colleagues handled extremely well and they communicated all the steps that were being made almost daily. This was a problem certainly not the fault of the agent and yet George went as far as to offer me his own address to pop round and grab a hot shower.! Very pleased with all that was delivered and no doubt I will be calling on George and Marsh & Parsons in the future.

True Care & Attention
We were fortunate, by finding a property we wanted to view in the area, to meet with George (Kenney-Herbert) of this branch. I can truly say that I have never received customer service like his. He was well organised, considered, honest and sought & listened to our opinions as he led us through a series of properties which tested what we thought we needed. George restored my faith in agents who don't just want your money; they want to find you a home. I hope we can work with him again on our next move.

super efficient
George Kenney - Herbert was absolutely fantastic in helping me find a flat for my son in Notting Hill. . He has the patience of a saint as we viewed many properties but eventually found "the one". Throughout the process he was incredibly professional and knowledgable about the area and what we had to do. Coupled with his great personality and charm , it was a pleasure to meet him and be introduced to Marsh and Parsons whom I can highly recommend to anyone looking to rent / buy property in north London.

George Kenney-Herbert - Amazing Agent!
The whole process of finding an apartment to rent through Marsh & Parsons has been made an extremely easy and pleasant experience by George. From our first viewing appointment to signing the tenancy agreement, George has been very friendly and informative, always ready to answer my questions and offer advice. He is a very dedicated agent who cares about the requirements and priorities of his clients more than making a sale, like a lot of estate agents! Communication either via email/text/phone has always been very clear and timely and George is never pushy, which I have found to be a common and annoying characteristic in other agents. He has ensured to update and guide me through all the stages - I couldn't recommend him enough!

Fast, professional, a real pleasure to work with
I got in touch with George, one of the North Kensington office estate agents at about 10am on a Monday morning. <br>After a brief chat, he understood my requirements, gave me some leaflets with relevant properties and told me to come back at midday so that we could actually see the flats. <br>In less than two hours George was able to drive me around and show me 7 properties, all of which were eligible and absolutely worth seeing as George undertsood perfectly my budget, my location and my size needs. <br>He was also very clear in his explanation of what the next steps would entail, not to mention very affable and pleasant as a person. <br>I'd highly recommend Marsh & Parsons to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the area.

Profesional, friendly and flexible
We recently moved house and spent a lot of time finding the right place. During the process Marsh & Parsons (and particularly George Kenney-Herbert) was of huge help, friendly, professional and flexible with viewings etc. Excellent service!

First time landlord
This was my first time both as a landlord and also dealing with Marsh and Parsons and have found it all to be a great experience. I was kept fully informed and updated during the whole process and all issues were dealt with immediately. The staff also have all been a total pleasure to deal with First time landlord can be an unnerving experience but this has been completely smooth and Id be very happy to use Marsh and Parsons again in the future

Three cheers for Peter at Marsh and Parsons
It was our pleasure to meet Peter McCosh when we were looking for a flat in London. House hunting is generally speaking a rather exhausting and at times discouraging experience, all the more so if the agent is not really tuned in to what you would like and what sort of person you are. Peter very rapidly came to understand our needs and preferences correctly. This meant that in a very short period of time and after having us see only a very limited number of properties, he was able to come up with a lovely flat which we have been living in happily for the past months. The paperwork and details of renting the flat were also dealt with rapidly and efficiently so everything went very smoothly. On top of it, Peter is also a very affable, polite and intelligent young man and we would highly recommended him to anyone looking for assistance in finding a place to stay. Marsh and Parsons is lucky to have him on board !
