We have had such a great experience with Pat Robson ( particular mention to Maura who has been brilliant from the very beginning). This is our first time renting a professional let and Pat Robson have guided us through the process smoothly, even over the more complicated and bumpy parts. Their entire team have been outstandingly professional, in fact out of all the other agents we met with, Pat Robson were the only ones who had actually researched their properties. This meant that questions we asked were not met with the same old answer of, “erm...i’ll Check that.” Instead we were greeted with a smile to every viewing and given reels of information about the properties, to help us to make quick and informed decisions. Their communication has been outstanding and we are very happy and grateful with their wonderful service. They are clearly passionate about finding people the right homes and this comes across in everything they do.

Just come out of a 12 month tenancy and I am very impressed with the service Pat Robson have offered. The flat had a couple of maintenance issues at the start but they will were quickly fixed and any other issues were dealt with quickly. Very friendly staff and I would recommend

Very helpful agents! Loved the checks at the start of the year to establish existing damage. However me and my flat mate were charged for cleaning the oven to the standard it was at the start of the year when it was vile and we cleaned it and it was never clean. But it wasn’t a huge amount of money. But overall good.

The team is very professional in their approach and execution. Our agent and the others we spoke to were polite and understanding of our needs and circumstances . The property manager took her time to explain the various aspects of the inventory and other concerns raised. Overall very happy to recommend to others.

Good so far!

We have just started renting through Pat Robson. On our check in the flat was very clean, and small issues with the garage door and spare key were sorted out within one day of reporting! Our property manager has been very efficient and helpful.
