Stress free moving
Martina has been the most helpful agent I've come across. Having dealt with poor estate agents before I was dreading having to move again. After a problem with another agent I came across a house and Martina. I only had a few days to get everything completed and be into the new flat and Martina was absolutely brilliant in ensuring it all went smoothly. She was friendly and spoke to me like a friend than just an estate agent which made me feel more comfortable and I could understand the ins and outs of the process without all the jargon! Thank you Martina!!!!!

Great Customer Service!
Martina recently rented out our property to 4 NHS sharers and was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process without me ever having to chase her. If I ever I did have a queries she or her colleagues would quickly reply to either my email or call. Been dealing with Martyn Gerrard now as a landlord for two year and would not use another agent again. Previously I used to use multi agencies to market my properties but since signing onto Martyn Gerrard two years ago I won't be turning back. They offer a great Rent Quarantee service, which as a landlord it's a great fall back to have. Martina thank you for all your help, you have been a pleasure to deal with along with your team.

Exceptional service from an extraordinary team!!
We are a family of three, looking to upsize from our two bedroom flat into a larger two bedroom with outside space and promised to rent our property (which we own) with the agent that helped us find our new home. I contacted Andy and the team about a property I had seen online which unfortunately for us was already let out, however this did not stop the team from offering alternatives including properties that were not yet on the market. Unfortunately we did find a property with another agent but Martyn Gerrard Muswell Hill team really left and impact and so we decided that we wanted no other agent other than MG dealing with the rental of our flat. I must say, from start to finish the service was incredible and we even had an offer of the full asking price before the property was on the portals, followed by two more offers within days of instruction, which shows the teams commitment, professionalism and energy is simply impeccable and incomparable to other agents. If anyone is looking to rent their property or rent a property I would strongly suggest this is the GO to agent in Muswell hill! Thank you Andy and team!!!

Best estate agent I have ever worked with
Stewart was the estate agent when I was buying my last London house and as a result when I was selling it I went straight to Martyn Gerrard because I wanted to work with him, as he was so great. He made one of the most stressful things, moving house, into as straight forward an experience as it can be, which was never the case when I have been selling a house before! In summary he is the best estate agent I have ever worked with. He keeps you up to date, you never have to chase him and he is pleasant and good humoured. Thanks Stewart!

Daniel Millett – his enthusiasm made things happen
We have just bought a lovely house in Muswell Hill – and Dan Millett was a big help. He was on top of the process from start to finish, providing just the right amount of friendly pressure on all sides to keep up the necessary momentum!
