Difficult to deal with
Struggled to make initial contact, over several days I only ever got through to the "answering service", no call was ever returned. When I finally made contact and got a viewing booked, it was cancelled when I was en route, out of pocket for the travel and having taken time off work. The excuse given was unacceptable. I will not be viewing any properties with this agent.
