Being self-employed myself, I understand the difficulties small businesses have. Having dealt with 5710 Estate Agents several times over recent years, I have no hesitation in complimenting them for their local knowledge, efficiency and achievements! Independent estate agents have to rely more on their efforts than their name. Great Agent-Very personable professional service : I definitely recommend it

I am an international student and together with my friend wanted to rent a 2-bedroom apartment near our university. We didn't know many of the details required for renting an apartment but the staff of FiveSevenTen was very helpful. They immediately replied to our request to view the apartment and arranged the viewing based on our busy time schedule. They were also willing to suggest other properties based on our needs. We contacted them twice since the first time was too early to look for a property but they wrote down our phone numbered and called us when the time was more appropriate. They explained everything we needed to know in the most personal way. Even when we had to transfer to another bigger agent (since the property was initially advertised by another agent and FiveSevenTen was responsible for the viewings) we had a member of the staff calling us every week or sending us emails to ask if everything was alright and sometimes communicating/chasing the other bigger agent to do the process faster. They were always there for us offering a very personable and friendly service and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent support and service, very kind staff, no unnecessary fees

I was a tenant for 2 years and 8 months in a flat that was managed by 5710 and all my concerns and complaints with the flat were addressed swiftly and effectively. They really seemed to be looking at the best interest of both the landlord and the tenant. 5710 does not charge unnecessary extra fees like most other agents and the customer service of the real estate agents is excellent - it is always truly a pleasure to deal with Stephen and Emma! They listened to our needs and were able to find us exactly the kind of flat we were looking for - that kind of professionalism and interest in the needs of the tenants is unusual with real estate agents in London as the amount of tenants and flats on the market is huge.. I hope I can do business with them in the future as well.
