Fantastic service & support for landlords
We have been letting a property locally through James Anderson's East Sheen office for almost 5 years. Their service is always friendly and efficient. Recently they really have gone the extra mile when we have had to negotiate a tricky situation - the support and professional advice that we have had from lettings manager, Oliver, and lettings & portfolio co-ordinator, Sina have been outstanding.

Great professional service
I have had many disappointing and frankly frustrating experiences renting in London, from both agents and landlords, Jack, Tania and the team at James Anderson, East Sheen, really have restored my faith in customer service in the letting industry which can often leave a lot to be desired. The process was very smooth and communication clear, and I felt customer satisfaction was a priority.

Excellent Work

Highly professional, friendly and efficient service
From start to finish the staff involved were helpful and friendly. The sale went through very smoothly and I was constantly kept informed of progress. Thanks to Anthony, Mark and Muryam for all their hard work. I have used other estate agents before, but the service I had with the sale is the very best.
