helpful staff, serious breakdown of communication.

The staff at property link are very helpful, friendly and willing to help. They are very understanding with issues of late payment and will be willing to come to a mutual agreement if you have a problem. They are quite swift with sending someone round to fix anything that is not working within the house. However within the company there is a serious breakdown of communication in the sense that I have rang up and went into the shop to discuss a matter yet It has to be re-discussed with at least three different members of staff..

Absolutely horrendous

Some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever came across in my life. If you report something as broken expect it to be fixed within the academic year and not within a week or a month. They have just offered me £20 to write a positive review of them but I feel as if I'd be selling myself to the devil. Don't make the same mistake as we did.

DO NOT USE PROPERTY LINK!

Utterly incompetent, beyond useless. A prime example of a cowboy letting agency. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/property-agent-fined-renting-out-3348432 They have history as in the article above and I can confirm this with the catalogue of issues we have had in our house as well.
