Fantastic Service
John Reynolds was superb. He helped us find our ideal property very quickly and efficiently. He met us at potential properties that fitted around our schedule. He kept us in the loop during the deal process and made sure we were always aware of what was going on. We highly recommend him. Huge thank you John.

Would hire again if I have to look for a property
They were very helpful, and we found a property that fits our needs in no time. We dealt with John Reynolds, who was polite and advised us, without hard selling like other agents generally do. We felt like we did not waste our time, and the choice of properties we viewed was precise. He answered any doubts we had, calling us right away, and updated us during the whole negotiation process. I would hire this agency again if I have to look for a new property.

Someone who listens and understands what you're looking for
I was impressed with Georgie's advice during our recent search for a flat. She immediately grasped what we were looking for and only contacted me with relevant properties. She provided helpful background on the market in the area, and put the properties in context in terms of their relative merits and trade-offs. When new properties became available, she was quick to contact me before they were listed online. I also very much appreciated that she used my time in a considerate way, happy to communicate via email and provide more information this way (but without being unduly 'pushy', which would have put me off). Finally, Georgie has a very pleasant personality and is definitely someone I would contact again / recommend to others.

Excellent Service
Buying your new home is truly a nail biting experience. Starting with curiosity of what's out there to probability, onto hope .. until finally you just have to have that very flat - nothing else will do. You cannot do it alone unfortunately and that's where you need a first class estate agent to help fulfilling your dream. Kunal Kapoor of the Marsh & Parsons Holland Park branch did just that. He worked relentlessly on the communication chain across all parties (solicitors, estate agent of the selling chain and of course the seller) - giving insight and advising of best next steps and time lines to avoid the chain from breaking at any point. Excellent negotiation skills, a strong sense for business and client needs. Never short of advice, straight to the point, foresighted and no dressing up of facts. 5 star service and highly recommended!!
