From the very first phone I placed, I felt at ease and assured that my move would be handled well by haart. Tanika took on my referral and was with me through every single process - even when there was no process, she always said that I could call if I had any queries. She always let me know when she would be in the office or on leave. If she was away she would mention any of her colleagues names that would assist me in her absence.
