Energetic but fell short in listening

I was grateful to the regular communications and overall effort from both Marc and Chris however a criticism was on numerous occasions I felt that I wasn't listened too, I had to ask the questions as I was not given the information I was after, I sometimes felt Marc and Chris were in a rush. I was also frustrated that the flat was taken of the market for several days whilst the reference checking took place. Overall we secured new tenants and as that was the main requirement I am grateful.
