Exceptional service received throughout the selling process
Deborah , David and the team were outstanding throughout the sale of my house. Cannot find any faults and would highly recommend using Matthews estate agents . Deborah was forthcoming with any updates and would chase up any outstanding issues regarding the sale . It made the selling process a lot less stress free and peace of mind for myself knowing the sale was in good competent hands.

In a different ball park to other estate agents . . .
It only took us a few minutes of Deborah from Matthews arriving to evaluate our property for us to realise we wanted her to sell our home. The attention to detail, professional manner and honest discussion around pricing was refreshing. This discussion was backed up with a lot of reference material for the immediate and wider area - it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the pricing discussion. We listed the property at a higher price than other agent estimations (~£10k more). Deborah sold our property with a single open-house event (6 days after it had first been listed), we received above asking price with multiple offers to select from. Deborah kept us informed on interest prior to the open house and provided additional advice on selecting a buyer which placed us in a very strong position to negotiate on price on our forward move. I can not recommend the service enough - the advice, professional manner, hassle free service and attention to detail up to completion was brilliant.

Ahead of all Cardiff agents in all respects
Having purchased and sold many houses over the years it was a pleasure to engage with Deborah of Mathews who stood apart from knowing the market in detail and was realistic about achievable prices , unlike others who simply quote high to get your business. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthews and will be using them again when the time comes,

Exceptional service from Matthews Estate Agents
I can not find words to fully express my appreciation to Deborah at Matthews (& the rest of the team) for the exceptionally professional service demonstrated to me during the lengthy, complicated, frustrating, emotional sale of my home in Marshfield. Despite numerous complications Deborah never failed to deal with every problem immediately, persevering until a resolution was arrived at. Her attention to detail, her ability to forge meaningful relationships and her desire to always do her very best on behalf of her clients was apparent from the very start of the six month tiresome process. No phone call, question or query was ever too much and, as the client, I truly felt 'my hand' (figuratively speaking) was firmly held throughout the whole process. Her determination to get the result for me, her client, was absolutely tireless. Without hesitation I would recommend using Matthews estate Agents to anyone thinking of selling their home.
