Excellent Estate Agent
Aaron is a brilliant example of what an estate/ letting agent should be. He not only noted my needs, he went the extra mile in making sure he did everything possible to help me in my search for a flat to rent. I didn't end up choosing to go through an estate/ letting agency preferring to deal directly with landlords myself. I'm leaving this feedback because if you're trying to decide which agent to trust; especially someone that cares about your experience, Aaron is your man! Thanks again for all the effort you put in to helping me, it's just a shame there's not a 10 star button!

Excellent service
Glad I was contacted by Andre Ribeiro for my property requirement. Andre has assisted me in understanding the locality better, guiding me with all the amenities. He was kind enough to drive me from and back to hotel. Showed me the same property two times. Has been very quick in getting back to me with any responses.. Was a thorough pleasure.

Excellent service and a joy to work with
Chloe's professionalism, client service and friendly approach have been very much valued. She follows up on and resolves issues swiftly, has attention to detail and always keeps one informed, which makes life as a Landlord so much simpler. So very excellent!!! Thank you Chloe!!!

Superb service
Thorgills was absolutely fantastic to work with. The search for a flat was quite stressful given the short time in which to find one and Aaron was calm, patient and really thoughtful of the type of place I actually wanted to live in. I worked with a large number of agents in a period of 1.5 weeks and definitely did not see the same level of service. Thank you!

A great professional service from start to finish
Leon and Alice and the whole Thorgill's have been effortlessly superb throughout the process to value, market, negotiate, let our flat as well as overseeing the move in of new tennants. Having been a central London based agent for over 10 years my expectations are high and they were met by Thorgill's in every respect. I highly recommend them in the Isleworth/Brentford and surrounding areas. The Brentford office were superb.
