I just wanted to give Alex RB, lettings negotiator an 11/10 for customer service! 10000% satisfied. He was extremely caring and helpful. When i stated i wanted something different other than to what i was settling for, he went above and beyond to cover my needs in which i had previously been told were unable to be achieved! I am now attending uni with everything i was looking for in accommodation all thanks to Alex! Definitely recommend him as your lettings negotiator. Thank You

I’m a student who has recently acquired a property through CJ Hole and I’m expecting to move in around August time this year. I’m super happy with the property so far and the team of people have been super helpful. One of the members, Magdalena, has been amazing and has answered any questions I’ve had with clear answers and fast response times which has been helpful when we’ve been stressed out with certain parts of the daunting housing experience

Chloe in the lettings team has been extremely helpful with letting our properties. She is very proactive with finding the right tenants for each property and even better at ensuring they complete everything needed to progress the let. Throughout the whole process Chloe has been very responsive with keeping us up to date on potential tenants and seeing the process through until it goes to their let coordination team. Alex RB from CJ Hole was extremely helpful when we were having issues renting a flat. Though we found a place through open rent in the end, he went above and beyond to help after we were turned down for a few tenancies - emailing me other places that were going to come up on the market and checking in with us after I was pretty gutted at not getting somewhere. A genuinely nice guy and would recommend him - he really seems to care.

we had my mothers house to sell after she had passed. it was really stressful & we had used a different agent to cjhole which had become stressful & it hadn't sold. we then thought we would give ed at cjhole a try. what a difference a good agent can make. ed & andy took all the pressure off. it wasn't stressful like we were expecting it to be. they also sold the house & dealt with everything. would definitely use them again

I had a tenant leave a property mid contract and without notice and in a rather shabby & dirty state. Within a month Emma and her team had organised a complete redecoration and clean and had successfully advertised and let the property to a very suitable new tenant who paid a year up-front. Very joined-up team work. I was very relieved - and impressed!

Great service from start to finish. We've just sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston having previously purchased it through them, on both occasions they were great. On our recent sale, Alex had good knowledge of the market and generated significant interest and a sale price in excess of asking. Rowena supported us over the months towards completion, it was challenging at times for a variety of reasons but she held everything together and kept us fully informed.

I still haven't moved in to the property that they have helped me acquire, and I have only seen the advertised pictures/video of the flat from them (I am hoping things are as well with the place and they seem to be in the ad), but everyone on their team has been so very helpful in accommodating the process to my circumstances. Special shout out to Magdalena who had been extremely prompt with all communications and was on-spot with all follow-ups. She truly has been an angel for me trying to coordinate between the agency's departments to get everything done as swiftly and seamlessly as possible.
