I used Scargill Mann & Co to manage my rental property. It was some time later that I realised the tenants had raised some issues, but they were ignored. From my own experience, whenever I emailed Scargill, they rarely replied to me. It always took several attempts. They used shoddy tradesman on more than one occasion. Again, I only found this out some time later. They aren’t afraid to charge over the odds, though. I just want to warn others to think twice, or better still avoid this estate agents at all costs!!!
