Looking for a house in London is never easy because there's so much competition and it's all so expensive. Luckily we were given Big Dave Cruise to help us out. The guy was so patient with us, taking us to loads of properties and dealing with our fussy demands. And he was mainly professional when one of the girls turned up with a lemon and herb Nando's flag stuck to her ass.

I have been using James Pendleton's letting service for my property in SW2. The service JP provides is a lot better than any other agent in south west London. I highly recommend my letting consultant , Bryony. She is very friendly and has excellent knowledge of the area. Finding good tenants is as hard as finding a good landlord and I can 100% trust Bryony. She was able to find potential tenants for me in less than 2 days and explained to me in details about each potential tenants to help me find right tenants. The service I use is the full management service and the team keeps me updated about the status of my property, including routine visual inspection and letting me know if there is anything needs to be improved. I feel I can fully rely on JP and I am extremely happy with their service.
