I contacted Anthony Pepe for the letting of my property. Instantly I was impressed. Catherine and her team did an excellent job of valuing and marketing the property. She was able to get me a price which I thought was out of reach and extremely quickly too. Within a week she had already found a range of tenants. The best part of the service is how quickly the team respond to any queries and nothing is too much for them. Easy process

As a newby landlord, I found the whole process of letting it through Anthony & Pepe very easy and straightforward - they held my hand and explained everything nicely. One year on and I'm still happy, they always respond to all my queries quickly and are very helpful. The tenants they found have been a delight so far.
