Very Happy Client
Top marks for this estate agent from me, from meeting Russell at the start and then Amy for the viewings and the sale. I was constantly updated and found them to be very fair and straight forward and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The best in the area
I have nothing but praise for the team at the Bromley office. In fact they are the example of what most other agents in the area should aspire to. They are professional, curtious, call back when they say they will and offer great support and advice. We sold our property through them and also had them on board looking for a new property. My experience which leads to this review is the service from Matthew Hirst in particular. Regular phone calls and updates and just all round professionalism that was refreshing after experiences with other agents. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Matthew Hirst - a salesman in a different league
Finally we met someone who took the time to assess and identify what we were looking for. Matthew was not pushy but ensured that both us the buyers and the sellers were committed to the deal all the way. I really appreciated how Matthew executed on everything he said he was going to do within the timescales expected. He liased professionally and efficiently with our solicitors and that of the sellers despite the usual frustrations that are inherent to this process. Highly recommend this gentleman of impeccable manners , efficiency and professionalism.

What would we have done without Michael?
We had a pretty bumpy ride with our first time buy – Japanese Knotweed, a Lease extension and all the bank holidays in the world! Sinclair Hamilton, more importantly Michael helped us through it with ease. Michael was always at hand to answer our questions; quick to liaise with all parties and always on top of the progress chain! We looked forward to the Monday morning updates! Very supportive and helpful – we couldn’t have found a better estate agent to go above and beyond for our first home!

Glad I chose Sinclair after a sometimes frustrating selling process
Sinclair Hammelton handled a Bromley flat sale for my family which none of us could get very involved with as we lived over 100 miles away. The sale was agreed at a price very close to Sinclair's initial valuation and despite a number of seemingly unnecessary delays on the part of solicitors and other organisations we and the buyers stayed on good terms throughout the process, and we understand the buyers are very happy with their new home. Through regular contact with Natalie at Sinclair I always felt in touch with what was going on and we even managed some good natured banter along the way.

Very well looked after, excellent support!
Natalie was amazing from start to finish. It wasn't a smooth journey and she always kept us up to date with calls and emails. She really helped when it came down to negotiation between all three parties and I don't think it would have happened without her help!

Review of flat purchase
Very highly recommended, from viewing properties to being supported through purchase to completion. The team at the Bromley office were very helpful and supportive throughout, always easy to get hold of, would respond very quickly to queries and they would call you to give you an update on how things were going, which was all excellent service. Very friendly service and it all went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and prompt service!
Completed buying a flat for the first time ever. Michael Gibbs was always available for a chat and answered many questions regarding our purchase, some trivial, others very important, yet none where ever not important to him. Friendly service, always quick to have a laugh and ask how things were going. Nice first impression of the Sales office.

Sale and purchase through Sinclair Hammelton
From the valuation of our property through to the completion on the property we were buying, Sinclair Hammelton were excellent. Michael Gibbs was always on hand to answer any questions and ensured the process was as stress-free as possible. Michael was extremely efficient and professional throughout the three months of negotiations. We are also extremely grateful to Sinclair Hammelton's independent mortgage advisor, Paul Moyse. He was extremely thorough and explained every option available to us - often working late into the evening to accommodate us. Great service throughout the whole process!
I have bought and sold many properties over the years and through experience have often understood why estate agents get a bad press. However my view of the industry has changed dramatically over the past few months during the process of our sale in Bromley. Not only was the property sold within a reasonable time I did feel during the early stages that the whole team were behind finding us a buyer, enthusiastic and professional throughout. Once we found our buyer the team at Sinclair Hammelton kept in touch with both parties to to a successful conclusion. Thanks to everyone in the Bromley office my wife and I appreciate everything you did. Looking for an estate agent then we would fully recommend this company, 5 stars!!
