A fantastic Estate Agent with outstanding service
Sarka and all the team at Distinct are so helpful and deliver an impeccable service. We purchased our property through Distinct, Sarka communicated with us and solicitors on a regular basis, and always kept us updated all the way through.. If I was ever to sell a property Distinct would most definitely be the Estate agent I would use. Since purchasing our property we now use Distinct to manage the property, again everything has gone smoothly, Fern and Melanie in the office have been very helpful and will always help us with any questions we need answers on. Being new to the landlord side of things, I could not ask for a better or more helpful company to manage our property. Thank you all at Distinct Estate Agents.

Excellent Service
I have been in Contact with Maria, with regards to the property 12 Field Gate Lane in Fenny Compton., She has been very professional and went through the burocracy stage quick and clearly pointing me in the right directions, providing good information on how to move and match the goal which was agreed when I showed interest in the house. Then I could get everything sorted and the keys in my hand by the 20th of October. thanks Riccardo

Outstanding service
Maria of Distinct Estate Agents goes the extra mile to strive for perfection. Her approach is proactive and she shows excellent attention to detail. Our rental property was marketed straightaway, with high quality photographs and a competitive price. Feedback on viewings was given quickly, but was also thorough. Maria knows her business and she knows the property rental market inside out. I would thoroughly recommend Distinct Estate Agents to anyone looking to rent out their property.

Tenant Find Service - Distinct Estate Agents
I used Distinct Estate Agents to find me a tenant following a personal recommendation. The service was fantastic. Head and shoulders above the rest. I simply sat back having given my brief and let Distinct Estate Agents do the work. I didn’t have to chase once. Each time they had a viewing, they sent me a follow-up report. I always knew, therefore, what was happening. A total contrast to the previous agent I used. Would I use Distinct Estate Agents again? Silly question. Absolutely, without hesitation. This is the professional service a busy landlord craves. Well done and thank you to Sarka and her team. Great Service!

Distinct estate agents are a breath of fresh air from First phone call to occupancy in less than two weeks.. Professional, intuitive, dependable
This is the first review i have ever done, but Maria at Distinct has been fantastic from start to finish. As a family with young children relocating from London we were trying to fit viewings into one day. Maria went out of her way to accommodate our travel needs. During the viewing Maria made notes of any questions we had, whether big or small, and dropped us an email with the answers the next day. As a landlord myself, having non-genuine viewings is a pain, some people like to have a nose with no intention of renting/buying the property. Maria had a gentle questioning style where she was able to ascertain whether i was genuinely interested or a 'viewing tourist'. All follow up questions regarding the property have been dealt with promptly, including when Maria was on holiday. Maria at Distinct is a breath of fresh air in the estate agent business, i wish there were more like her.

Can't fault this agent.
Maria at Distinct Agents is the agent for my flat in Coventry since I bought it in February. Before this she was the agent for my son, who was the previous owner. My son first asked her to be the agent for the flat because several of his friends recommended her, and he was extremely pleased with the job she did. . She was very helpful and very efficient, and went beyond the call of duty in helping him and his wife to sort out problems arising from before she took over as their agent. I have also found her to be a really good agent. I am currently looking for another tenant as the last one is leaving, and she has been very good keeping in touch with me over what is happening, notifying me when someone is being shown round, but also letting me know the feedback and giving detailed helpful suggestions. She has always been lovely to deal with, and I feel very safe with the flat in her care. I really can't fault her!

Fantastic service
Maria was absolutely fantastic - truly professional and a real help at all stages of the selling process. She expertly advised us how to market the property and we had an asking price offer in 5 working days. We've been delighted to work with Maria and would highly recommend her.
