Couldn’t ask for a better estate agent!
Your Place have been the best estate agents we could have asked for over the past year. They have always been there when we needed help with anything regarding the house,they have helped us out when things have gone wrong and never tried to do us over unlike some estate agents in Liverpool... not naming any names (Address Properties) They have been great and all of the staff are really nice especially Kim she’s a star. Use Your Place on behalf of all the boys at 10 Claremont.

dont assume anything
I am the guarantor for my daughter, a student in her final year at Liverpool uni. The property they have rented through your place was un-licenced, had been converted to a 5 bed HMO without planning or building regulation approval. Your place told me they assumed the landlord had these in place. Gas and electrical certs were put in place when we asked about them. ,Building work was carried out during the rental period without notice, rooms were still unusable in freshers week. the rent was raised in freshers week. An absolute nightmare. The council are now threatening the landlord with legal action. this is the second time I have reviewed this agent. The first did not appear.
