Outstanding Service from Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents in Northallerton. She is an absolute credit to the company and exemplifies what outstanding customer service truly means. When disaster struck on Christmas Eve at 10:30pm – our boiler catastrophically failed and began leaking through the kitchen ceiling – Maddie's response was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak. Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed – an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period. Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue. Maddie's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile during what should have been her personal time has left a lasting impression on both my fiancée and myself.
