The first thing I would like to say that the peoples at the Martin & Co on the Liverpool road are very friendly. This was my first time to rent an apartment in the UK. I don't know why things are not that straightforward here. It makes renting extremely challenging for a foreigner. I was really frustrated. Fortunately, Jess helped me to sort out those problems. Hence, I could move in a new home as early as I wish and ended weeks of uncomfortable hotel staying with my poor kid. Jess replied every email promptly and she tried to accommodate each of my requests. That really speeds things up. Overall, I am very happy with them.

A first-class letting and sales firm. I used them to let a property for 7 years. During this time they always conducted themselves exceptionally professionally; voids were at an absolute minimum with good value on maintenance. In addition, they also sold my house for a cost at significantly less than other estate agents in the area, again all professionally handled.
