Originally I left a 1 star review. This was down to a member of staff deciding to go off alone without my supervision or consent to do so. I felt my PRIVACY HAD BEEN VIOLATED. I asked to delete the footage and to rerecord whilst I was present she refused to. She then sent it to the client. All after I asked her to delete and rerecord it. I have never had this happen to me where someone doing an inspection goes off on there own without asking. If she had asked I to do so I would have told I don't trust her enough to do so. I called the office the lady on the end of the phone told me that I would get a call from the manager. So I left a one star review. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Suraj in regards to my review. When I explained my experience he agreed that Dimple should have asked for permission to go off alone without my supervision to video the property. The empathy that he showed by saying that she may have done it before to others shows that as a manger he is willing to investigate situation to gather all the information before making a decision. In this day and age it is really refreshing to see this to admit to a mistake and fixing the mistake with an apology and re education. Just remember as a tenant you have rights. If someone comes to inspect your home you can ask them to stay within your line of sight. They don't have the right to barge in and wonder around like they own it. The 5 stars is actually for Suraj as he came across as a decent human being. Suraj many thanks.
