As soon as we found our flat online, we immediately requested to view it and we heard back from Aaron at EweMove promptly the next day. We had a viewing on Monday and by Tuesday at 10am we were accepted to rent the flat, to move in by Saturday just gone. Aaron is efficient, friendly, hard-working and is always willing to answer questions and support in anyway. This move has been incredibly easy due to the brilliant service at EweMove and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell their home.

We are incredibly pleased that we chose to sell our property through EweMove! Having lived in the area for over 20 years and bought & sold properties, we already had quite of bit of experience dealing with the other local estate agents and had been disappointed in their overall service, but EweMove is truly different.Whilst EweMove do not have the traditional local shop front office, their representatives have extensive knowledge of their area and live locally too. The offering of a hybrid arrangement means they can provide high quality, accuracy and with wide reaching advertising and yet you deal with one contact from beginning to end (which makes a HUGE difference and different to most other Estate Agents). We were lucky enough to have Zoe represent us and she was available to speak to whenever we wanted to and as much as we wanted to (Sunday’s were not a problem, and neither were evenings). With busy work and family lives, this made all the difference to us, as well as with crucial last-minute communications and the flexibility of ensuring as many viewings as possible. Literally nothing was too much trouble for Zoe - we frustratingly lost our first buyer so in fact she sold our house twice and in very short timeframes as well. Zoe is honest and up front with all information and advice, feedback from viewings was prompt, accurate and relevant. But she was also considerate to some of our personal arrangements too (the emotional ties we had with our property and the area, that my Husband did shift work and we have a young child so viewings would need to work around this etc.) Whilst Zoe’s job was to sell our property, she was always there with advice for seeking our onward purchase too. And Zoe remained in very regular contact with movement up and down the chain, often knowing what was happening before other Estate Agents in the chain were aware. Zoe is very down to earth, honest, personable and approachable and I miss our regular telephone calls discussing not only our sale progression but everything else that was going on in both of our lives too.EweMove is absolutely worth every penny in selling your home and we could not recommend them highly enough – if you are lucky enough to have Zoe, then you absolutely have the winning formula. If we ever sell again, we are in no doubt that Zoe & EweMove will be whom we go to, to represent our property sale.A very big thank you to Zoe & EweMove!

What a fabulous estate agent! Claire loves her job and that shines through. She’s a real people-person, great with communication and makes sure her customers are happy, which inspired confidence in me from the outset. She is friendly, efficient and helpful. She also has a feel for how to sell a property, and the finishing touches to help make a listing stand out matter to her - even deciding to return to my property for a better external photo once the sun came out! Nothing was ever too much trouble; Claire goes above and beyond at every opportunity (even when she’s supposed to be on holiday!) There were a few scary moments when things beyond her control threatened the sale but Claire remained calm, kept in touch with both buyer and seller and thought outside the box to offer practical solutions. I would 100% recommend selling your property through EweMove Kettering - you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much Claire - you actually made the ‘major life stress' of selling a property such a pleasant experience!

I recently sold through CJ Hole, I was thinking about using a low cost company like purple bricks, but I decided to go through a local estate agents….. I’m so glad I did! Not only did they get us full asking price, but the after sales service (Jenni) was amazing, their local relationships with solicitors and other businesses kept a tricky chain in place. They went the extra mile which I don’t think you would get from others. Highly recommended.
