We honestly couldn’t recommend Chloe highly enough. From the very beginning if this she was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help us get to completion. Our purchase was a particularly long and stressful process, with plenty of delays and complications along the way, but Chloe was always there to keep us updated, chase things when needed and reassure us whenever things felt uncertain. She was incredibly approachable, responsive and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line for us. What really stood out was how much she took the stress out of the process. We always felt like she was on our side and doing everything she could to help, even when things were outside of her control. After such a long journey, finally getting the keys to our new home was an amazing feeling, and Chloe played a huge part in helping us get there. Matt is hands down the best agent in town. I can't say how much we appreciated his communication and proactivity. Most importantly for us, his involvement didn’t stop once we accepted an offer. He was committed all the way through the transaction, even helping us with our purchase! We really appreciated that we only dealt with Matt and he knew everything about our sale. I've been renting with EweMove for a year now. My agent Mike from the Stafford branch is a great property manager. He is kind, professional and friendly. Over the decades I've rented with various property agencies, but EweMove are definitely the best. There's good communication. They're clear and upfront with policies. With other real estate companies it can often feel as though the renter is only there to provide passive income for the landlord and company as opposed to being the actual customer spending thousands per year. I've never felt this way with EweMove - in fact it was the first time I felt as though I was treated with humanity as a valued customer in a very long time. Thank you for setting a great example as to how rental property management should be.
