Let me start by saying that Ewe move was not my estate agent. However, I would have to say that they probably offered me as much support as my estate agent. The agent, Mike, was a mediator between me and my seller. He offered a very efficient, professional and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Outstanding! Georgina guided us through the process of selling our house and supported us every step of the way. She presented the house to the market with high quality photography and eloquent descriptions so it immediately attracted plenty of viewings which Georgina handled personally. The house was sold very quickly and the rest of the process was effortless as she did everything for us, going beyond the call of duty! Ewemove have useful guides for selling and introduced us to other services that helped moved things quickly and with Georgina’s very professional, hands-on and personalised experience it made the selling part of moving house literally stress free. Lewis and Catherine were excellent throughout. Unfortunately, we lost our first property when the sellers decided not to proceed just a week before completion. However, within a week, another opportunity came up and we moved quickly something we’re very glad we did, as we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We got into a bidding war to secure it but we loved it. I can be quite demanding when it comes to communication and detail, but Lewis and Catherine were always responsive and available, even outside typical hours on WhatsApp, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fantastic husband and wife team.

I rarely leave five-star reviews — and when I do, it’s because the service has genuinely impressed me. My experience with EweMove, and especially with Nia Nugent, was exactly that. I initially contacted them simply to request a desktop valuation because I’m currently renting a property and going through a private off-market purchase with my landlord. I just wanted some guidance on whether the agreed price was in line with the current market value. Although she wasn’t able to provide a precise desktop valuation, she still went completely above and beyond to help me. Most people could have easily just said, “Sorry, we can’t provide that,” and ended the conversation there. Instead, she took the time to explain things properly, shared genuinely useful information I wasn’t even aware of, and treated me with the same level of care and attention as if I were already one of their full clients. Honestly, I was surprised by the level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help — especially considering I’m not even a customer (at least not yet!). That kind of attitude says a lot about a company. If this is how they treat someone who simply called for advice, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual clients. Exceptional service, genuinely helpful, and a credit to the company. Absolutely deserved five stars. Highly recommended.
