White and Guard were fantastic while we were looking for a property, we went through many viewings with them and when we felt like we couldn't find anything they were determined to find us our home. They remained in touch after unsuccessful viewings and steadily sent new properties that suited us. We've not felt pressured or pushed like you do with the bigger names at any point of the process, White and Guard always put a huge emphasis on our purchase being 100% right that we felt incredibly supported in our search. The communication from them has been incredible throughout the process and we've had such a fantastic experience with each agent at the viewings. Major shout out to Lee from the team for his excellent communication throughout the process with us!

Always making my requirements and concerns their priority, they always had found time to provide sound recommendations and provide peace of mind reassurance every step of the way. Their expertise was second to none. I regard Jason and Kris as friends, on numerous occasions they went out of their way to have extensive discussions long into the evening just to better understand my requirements but also get to know me better which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Belvoir! I recently viewed a studio flat with Ayman, who was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions clearly and made the viewing feel comfortable and informative. The whole renting process has been smooth and efficient, and I'm moving into my new studio next week.
