I have used Ellis&Co recently to find a place to rent in Bounds Green. They have been incredibly helpful, very friendly and professional. I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property. There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private. Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer. Well done Romesh, Jo, Maria and all for providing a great hassle free rental service.

Ben was the agent dealing with our property purchase in the middle of a fairly long chain. We are extremely grateful to Ben for taking the initiative to coordinate the chain.
