We are really pleased with our experience with Billy Thomas (Martyn Gerrard, Southgate branch). As first-time buyers (and coming from a different country) buying a house in London seemed very overwhelming. But Billy has made everything extremely easy! We made an offer for a flat at the end on January and not much more that a month later we have exchanged contracts with the seller. Throughout all the buying process he has been very professional, patient and responsive, and has made everything run smoothly. He also recommended us a very good solicitor (Paul Yiannakas, YVA solicitors) and mortgage advisor (Emily Jackson, Mortgage Advice Bureau). They have been a great, coordinated, and efficient team. I'm so glad I chose this independent North London estate agent to sell my flat. What you don't get from Gracechurch is the marketing campaigns and advertising budget associated with the larger property groups. What you get instead is a personalised and professional service at an extremely competitive rate with excellent attention to detail. From the start Tom and Ali took care of everything - I never had to make one phone call or chase anything up. Gracechurch really know the local housing market and I accepted an offer on my property approximately one week after Tom came round to view it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their property. It can be a stressful thing to move home and having a good estate agent is a big peace of mind.

From the very first phone I placed, I felt at ease and assured that my move would be handled well by haart. Tanika took on my referral and was with me through every single process - even when there was no process, she always said that I could call if I had any queries. She always let me know when she would be in the office or on leave. If she was away she would mention any of her colleagues names that would assist me in her absence. I never felt as though I was left to manage things on my own. This shows the spirit and importance of team work between tenant (myself), landlord and agent.
