Leah did a great job for me as a prospective tenant. Straightforward to deal with, never felt like she was just trying to close the deal then quickly move on to the next one. She was particularly helpful after I found a property and agreed terms, she was always available to answer any follow-up questions and liaise with landlord. Happy to recommend.

The best experience I’ve had. Raghav was so thoughtful with the little touches and didn’t make me feel rushed (which I’ve found I normally do feel by other agents). He was amazing giving ideas of things I could do to my new house to make it even more perfect. Raghav (and all the team at Hayes) have been amazing and so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better team!!

The in-depth understanding, they have of the market, coupled with a strategic approach to selling, reassured me that I had chosen the right team to represent my interests. Tomkins Davis has been an excellent rental and real estate consultants for me during my stay in London for nearly two years. The property I rented from them was in prime and safe location near railway station and the High street making it super convenient for my work and life in London. Tomkins Davis is very responsive and provide their services ontime and sometimes goes beyond the way to ensure our safety and comfort. Our the time I understood they are trustworthy partners and they are transparent in all financial matters. Want to recount when the bedroom heater was not working Tomkins Davis brought me a mobile heater to make us comfortable.
