I had a really great experience with Base Property Specialists. We rented through them for over two years, and the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish. The team were always helpful, professional and easy to communicate with, whether it was during move-in, day-to-day property management, or when we eventually moved out. I also really appreciate that even after our tenancy had ended, they were still willing to help me with an important letter/document that might have been sent to the property, and kindly followed up with the current occupier for me. That level of aftercare really means a lot. Their properties are also very unique and well selected, with a lot more character than many standard rental listings in London. Overall, I’m very grateful for their support and would definitely recommend Base Property Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful agency.

Adrian has been with us throughout what turned out to be a really long and complicated process - and I mean really long! He sold our flat quickly, but when our first buyer fell through due to mortgage issues, Adrian helped us pivot to the auction route, explained how it all worked and guided us through our options. Even now, after the sale, he's still helping to coordinate logistics with our buyer which has been very appreciated. It's been a rocky road at times but Adrian has been a consistent, supportive presence throughout. Thank you Adrian! :)

Mo was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer: - no seedy tactics, just good gentle soft sales technique. He answered our enquiries with urgency, even after completion. One enquiry was on a Sunday when we couldn't figure out what was going on with the central heating. He had no legal obligation to respond, simply a moral one. On one occasion I have been so impressed by the quality of estate agency as a buyer, I have decided to go with that agency when it came time to sell. This would be another one of those occasions.
