Adrian showed us around a flat and was very professional, giving us details on the local area and answered our questions on the property. The process has been swift and professional and we received clear instructions and information on a timely basis. Adrian was also very transparent with the legalities of deposit etc and made us aware of those details. Would definitely recommend renting a property with EweMove.

10/10 on customer service. I rented a studio in Chalk Farm for a year and ended up staying for three - fantastic location, safe, excellent use of space, the most comfortable bed, very bright with massive windows, excellent central heating and hot water, ample storage and large fridge, quiet neighbours, it felt like home. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Josh handled all the contract-related communication from start to finish, and Russell the maintenance side. I couldn't have asked for better! Both extremely responsive and efficient, very friendly, professional and approachable. They respect privacy and confidentiality, which is very important for me. 5 stars as well for the landlord who treats even the smallest issue seriously and likes to keep the properties in order.
