Really impressed with Mathews Estate agents (Cardiff) and Deborah in particular who looked after our sale. I was on with another well known estate agent previously and we had 5 viewings in a year! Switched to Mathews and that went to approx 10 viewings over a couple of months, one which led to the sale of my house. Throughout all this time Deborah kept me well informed, was very quick to reply to any queries that I had and was not only professional but warm and friendly too. I can't recommend this company enough - thank you!

Matthew and the team were fantastic at securing me a price I was particularly happy with, 102% of the asking price, in a really great timescale. Their knowledge of the market, which to be fair they dominate locally, was unbeatable, and really help me feel comfortable with the team. I truly felt like they were on my side. They aren't cheap, but if you're selling your most valuable asset why would you want cheap?

Michelle, and the Gray House property team were wonderful throughout the entire moving process, keeping me informed and up to date throughout. Deborah , David and the team were outstanding throughout the sale of my house. Cannot find any faults and would highly recommend using Matthews estate agents . Deborah was forthcoming with any updates and would chase up any outstanding issues regarding the sale . It made the selling process a lot less stress free and peace of mind for myself knowing the sale was in good competent hands.
