Can’t speak highly enough of the service Martin is diametrically opposed to the estate-agent stereotype and as such is a breath of fresh air He has a very realistic understanding of the market and positioned my house beautifully both in terms of price and presentation Had several offers within a month and whilst the first one dropped out when the mortgage rates went up again Martin had kept another one warm and he has been instrumental in smoothing the negotiation and subsequent to and fro of the purchasing process As well as putting up with me with good grace and excellent humour
